Dont rub your eyes...

Don't rub it. You are more likely to put more dirt into your eye if you rub it. If you must rub it, wash your hands really well.

Ask someone if they see something in your eye. If they do, the instructions are below for rinsing.

Blink your eyes. It produces tear drops and may rinse the dirt particles out of your eye. You have to blink fast, though, or else the tears may not produce.

Rinse your eyes like you would if you got bathroom cleaner spray in your eyes. You have to keep your eyes open, if you're scared, just pretend you're swimming.

If you have gunk in your eye put a hot cloth on it.

Put some cold water on a towel and put it on your eye. That's another way of rinsing.

Put cold water in a plastic bag and rest it on the eye.

You might want to consult an eye doctor. Doctors know best and give you the best advice

Never touch your pupil, or your eyeball.

Once again, do not rub your eyes.

Do not put ice on your eye.
